Mr. Hart is the founder of Bridge Loan Financial bringing over 30 years of experience in mortgage banking, portfolio and risk management, financial services, capital markets, sales leadership, real estate finance, asset management, residential and commercial development, architectural design, and mechanical engineering. Previously, as a principal of real estate development companies, he managed the acquisition, financing, entitlement, development, and management of multi-family residential properties and for sale housing projects throughout California. Formerly he held executive positions at investment and insurance firms; Prudential, Providian, Aegon, and Jackson National Life.
